Depth Work: Healing Relationships

If you’re ready to understand the deeper patterns that keep repeating in your relationships, this monthly group is for you. Through interactive, energetic, and ancestral exploration, you’ll gain insight, release old dynamics, and experience meaningful healing in a supportive community. Come as you are—curious, open-hearted, and ready for change.

What Happens in a Session?

Within small groups of 5-15 participants, you will have the opportunity to “step into” the roles of the people in the lead participant’s life - family, friends, partners or others. Through this immersive experience, hidden influences come to light including:

  • Subconcious patterns

  • Limiting beliefs formed in childhood

  • Familiar but unhealthy relational behaviors

Fee: $30 drop-in or $25 with preregistration (preferred)
